Onir is a national award-winning Indian film director, editor, screenwriter and producer, recognized for his films "My Brother Nikhil", "I Am" (won national award for best Hindi feature Film), "Bas Ek Pal", "Sorry Bhai", "Raising the Bar" (documentary), "Shab", "Kuchh Bheege Alfaaz", "Widows of Virandavan" etc. Onir is also a writer and a poet.
