His writing career, along with his full-time job in Indian Telephone Industries of Delhi, began in the early 1960s with his Hindi translations of Ian Fleming\u2019s James Bond novels. Sunil Series, Vimal Series and Jeet Series have won him millions of fans over the years. He has also written a number of novels in which the central characters do not reappear. These novels are called \"Thrillers\". Surender Mohan Pathak is also an ardent creator and collector of jokes.
