Sangita P Menon Malhan is a Delhi-based writer, and author of the award-
winning book ``The TOI Story: How a Newspaper Changed the Rules of the
Game’’ published by Harper Collins. Previously, she was a journalist with the
Delhi Mid Day, The Asian Age, The Statesman, and The Times of India. She has
a collection of short stories in English (Rastapherian’s Tales) and a collection of
poems in Urdu (Nusrat-e- Gham) to her credit. Prior to this, she was a gold
medalist Glider Pilot, with a Private Pilot’s Licence. She has a Diploma in
Spanish from the Instituto Cervantes, Madrid; and an Advanced Diploma in
French from the Alliance Française, Paris. She keenly follows politics,
languages, Art and music, and aspires to be many things, including a hyper
polyglot in the service of a humanitarian cause. Her next book is scheduled to
be published later this year.
